Marshmallow, a dejected-looking Pomeranian, gave up on happy endings and concentrated on simply living on the streets.
The dog walked onto the railroad tracks in Los Angeles, California, unsure of where to go.
The fluffy stray chose to remain there despite the danger, and the train tracks became his home.

Rescue Mission On Train Tracks
Rosario Ortiz, a volunteer rescuer and dog lover, was devastated to find Marshmallow.
The adorable puppy was dozing beneath a container used for industrial storage.
In order to get assistance, Ortiz reached out to Suzette Hall, a seasoned rescuer and the creator of Logan’s Legacy 29, a rescue in Irvine, California.
Hall ran to the location. An hour later, Marshmallow was still asleep when she arrived at the scene.
Hall hid in the distance to prevent the dog from being frightened after she set a trap with delicious food.
Marshmallow smelled the tasty food as soon as he woke up and headed for the trap.
A woman frightened him and ruined the plan just as he was ready to fall into the trap.
The dog began to run down the railroad tracks.
Ortiz and Hall feared that anything would happen to him. They wasted little time in getting into their vehicles and pursuing Marshmallow.
The Scared Pup Finally Feels Secure
Soon later, the pup was caged off and surrounded by Hall and Ortiz.
The rescuers approached the dog until they were close enough to seize him after erecting baby gates and blocking the sole exit.
Both rescuers were ecstatic when Ortiz had him in her arms.
Marshmallow was initially a little perplexed.
The dog was relieved once Hall reassured him and got him into her car.Then he knew he was safe.
The best part was that he lay all the way to [the] back of the trap and could barely keep his eyes open when he realized he was secure. He would never again have to sleep under that trailer or live on train tracks. Hall posted on Facebook that he had been rescued.
He was taken to Camino Pet Hospital by the generous rescuer, where the veterinarians examined him and gave him a soothing wash.
Marshmallow was fortunate to be in good health and was placed in a foster family shortly after.
He had time to relax with his foster family. The dog was happy to have a comfortable home and wonderful people to look after him at last.
Marshmallow’s personality quickly became apparent. He proved to be a genuine romantic interest.
