When I think back to my dog’s time, I recall that he was an extremely gregarious puppy who enjoyed playing with everyone. I now regret not acquiring him a friend by getting him another dog.
Although he felt that being with us was sufficient, I still believe that every dog would benefit from having a sibling that he could spend all of his time with.
This couple’s dog was in the same predicament when they relocated from New Mexico to Colorado. His parents saw that he was totally alone now, even though he had buddies for playdates back at their previous house.
Cambria Was Lonely
“We noticed she was getting lonely and wasn’t herself,” Alisha told The Dodo.
They were devastated for her when they saw how depressed she was and knew they had to assist.
Cambria was always alone in the house because the couple would spend their days at work, and she was in dire need of a dog sibling.
In order to give Cambria a new dog sibling, the couple decided to acquire a new dog after Alisha realized this.
Cambria felt it as they were ready to open the door. She was trying to view the new puppy by leaping on the door window and waving her tail.
She could hardly contain her enthusiasm when they first arrived at the house, but then her parents showed her Cozy, the new dog.
“She just could not believe that this was happening,” Alisha added.
Cambria greeted her new sibling with warmth when they first met. Her parents had been certain from the start that they would get along well.
Cambria And Cozy
The two dogs would gradually begin playing and running about the home as their day progressed. For Alisha, it was a very wholesome sight.
However, they melded so beautifully over the course of the following few days, she claimed. Additionally, it seemed as though Cozy had been with us forever.
Cambria’s happiness had permanently returned, and she was no longer depressed now that she had a new companion.
Her parents are overjoyed and really proud of her for taking Cozy in.They are already the best of friends.
If there is one lesson to be learned from Cambria’s experience, it is that friendships are crucial for both us and our dogs.
Although they adore us and relish our company, they also require other canine companions in situations where we are unable to provide for them.
Without dogs, it can be difficult for any of us to participate in social activities after a long workday.
It’s normal, which is why having puppy siblings by their side is so wonderful.I’m thrilled with how well everything worked out for Cambria. She deserves the best because she is a really content dog.
