A Pitbull Named Kaiko
People throughout the nation were devastated by a video of a brindle Pitbull named Kaiko that was uploaded in October 2022 by Albert Harris, a staff photographer and content developer for Orange County Animal Services in Orlando, Florida.
Specifically, Harris stated in the caption of his video post that Kaiko was turned over to Orange County Animal Services in Orlando after his owner lost her house and was left homeless along with the dog.
She took the painful decision to give up her beloved puppy in the hopes that he would have a better life in the future since she didn’t want him to live that way.
“The dog had a home for most of his life because he was adopted from Pet Alliance three years ago,” Harris wrote.
Regrettably, these incidents are becoming more frequent in this economy and during an approaching recession.
Like Kaiko, a lot of dogs end up homeless for no apparent reason.
We are aware that things happen and that a recession is on the horizon. “Now, it is our responsibility to find him the home he deserves,” Harris said, hoping that this adorable boy will be adopted.
Harris claimed that although Kaiko was fortunately in a good mood, he was unable to comprehend his purpose for being there. He must have been wondering why his mother had abandoned him there.

Finding The Home He Deserves
Many of the animals who come to Orange County Animal Services are being adopted because of his videos, which typically receive a lot of views.
The endearing video of Kaiko was viewed, commented on, and shared by over twenty-five thousand people. Others have posted a call to action to get this puppy adopted.
