When I initially read Blue’s story, it really got to me.
Everything he went through, from his initial adoption to his eventual abandonment, was devastating. Then I understood that he might not have reached his current position if it weren’t for his life’s adventure.
Even then, it is difficult to comprehend that there are people with such a high level of carelessness. Furthermore, Blue most definitely didn’t deserve any of that.
This is his tale.
Blue s Life Journey Was A Tough One
When McKenna Davidson first discovered Blue, she was a professional soccer player residing overseas. He was resting on the side of the road by himself, with neither his mother nor his siblings in the vicinity.
He was securely taken to a nearby rescue group called Animals Need Me because of her generous deed. After having a delightful month with her new foster, McKenna agreed to take Blue in until she had to return to Hawaii due to the shelter’s full capacity.
At the time, she was unaware of Blue’s innate sweetness.
The two immediately fell in love. From thrilling walks to everyday outings to the city, they spent every moment together. Then, however, the heartbreak started.
Blue was left at the ANM rescue with her buddies when McKenna had to return home.
His foster mother was devastated, but she hoped that Blue’s caregivers would have good news. She genuinely thought her tiny friend would soon find a home, and she was right! Blue was adopted and embarked on a new adventure a few weeks later.
Sadly, his joy was short-lived. The shelter was curious about Blue’s new home and discovered that his new family kept him tethered to a little doghouse outside. They were devastated by this news, which finally caused Blue to return to the refuge.
After several months, a new family that wanted to adopt Blue showed up at the shelter. Unexpectedly, everyone’s hearts were filled with joy once more. They believed that this time, Blue’s second family may be the right one.
McKenna and the shelter ended Blue’s chapter after receiving this information in the hopes that it would be the last one. They had no idea that Blue would not have a happy ending!
The staff of the shelter was completely taken aback one evening.They saw the owners of a dog hurl him over their wall because they were desperate to get rid of him.
It was then that they recognized it as Blue!
The employees were astounded by what they saw. It turns out that Blue’s second home was even worse.
They no longer wanted him, so they flung him over this wall. “I knew we had to get him to us when the shelter told me what happened,” McKenna posted on Instagram.
Thousands Of Miles Later, He s In His Dream Home
It was not long before McKenna learned the terrible news. When she found out what Blue had gone through, she couldn’t contain her sadness and resolved to take action right away.
Even though McKenna had a lot of paperwork to complete, she was still motivated to adopt her cherished rescue dog.
After precisely four months, many restless nights, and countless preparations, Blue was at last on his way!After traveling thousands of miles and passing through several states, including Oregon and Atlanta, he eventually arrived at Hawaii.
Blue finally arrived home to us after months of preparation, paperwork, and much travel.McKenna wrote.
He was a big boy when he got to his new house, and McKenna didn’t remember him at all. His spark, however, remained alive. Despite everything that had occurred to him, he still had a lovely grin and the two most engaging eyes.
Blue is at last at the place he has always needed—a loving, nurturing home near his devoted family.
He has always been gentle, even in the face of all the trauma.He is purely affectionate and has no ill will toward his previous owners.
Blue intends to live life to the fullest and embrace all of the amazing adventures that lie ahead of him now that his new/old mom is by his side. And he is quite happy!
