Bristol County shelter looking for public’s help after dog found tied up to a tree

If you have any information regarding this dog, please share it with the public, according to a local animal shelter.

On Pomd Street, next to the Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter, this sad dog was chained to a tree.

The dog continued to circle that area after escaping the flexi lead.

The shelter said that it doesn’t matter if the dog stayed there for an hour or overnight—it was unethical to do so, even though they are unsure of how long the canine was there.

You can contact Animal Control directly at 774.203.1867 or send them a Facebook message. All information is kept private.
