She Was Hoping For A New Chance
Harper’s tale is incredibly tragic.
She found up in a shelter after being confiscated by animal control in Los Angeles, California. She slept in a cramped kennel and likely had a million questions running through her head.
She felt as traumatized as possible as a result of everything.Harper sat there totally surrendered, trembled all the time, and could hardly look at the faces of her caregivers.
Then a woman appeared, and everything changed suddenly!
Longtime foster mother Kelsey chose to give Harper a chance after falling in love with her right away. She was shocked to learn Harper’s story and felt it was unfair that this adorable dog had ended her life’s journey because she had been forgotten. Harper’s first tail wag came instantly.
As if she still had hope, she simply approached and raised her small face to the gate, her caregivers informed The Dodo.
Following their first meeting, the two embarked on a new journey together as they entered a new house.

The Woo-iest Girl In A Brand-New Home
Harper quickly became the lifeblood of her foster home in just a few days. She adjusted to Kelsey right away, acting as though she had never experienced any of the horrors in her past.
Even more intriguing, though, is the fact that Harper did all of it while sporting a stunning smile.Every time she wanted her foster mother to feed her delectable food, she changed into the cutest love bug who wooed.
This very quick process made Harper ready for adoption into a permanent home. She didn’t have to wait long or think too hard, to be honest. Her ideal family was only a short distance away!
Harper’s new Wisconsin mother, Brooke, threw her arms around her. It was very remarkable how her whole family embraced Harper as though she had always been there.
Harper’s furry housemates, including Cruella Devil, Evergreen, and her new human siblings, were thrilled to see her.
Now that she has finally shown her true self, she is officially the sexiest female in Wisconsin. Harper turns out to be a silly dog! Every day, she makes everyone laugh in the aisles, and she’s eager to embark on many thrilling excursions with her family in the near future!
