New Jersey Rescuers Found A Dog Who Was Left In Her Home Even Though The Owners Were Evicted

After her owners were forced to leave, eight-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier Reeses Puppycups found herself in a difficult situation. Reeses was discovered in a bedroom with only melancholy recollections a week after they had left their house (along with their dog).
She continued to hold onto the land in the hope that her cherished homeowners would come get her, but they never did.
Hungry And Dehydrated, Craving Love
Reeses went a week without the right nourishment and care because of this heartbreak. When the South Toms River Police Department’s officers discovered her, she was severely frail and malnourished.
She was safely taken to her new temporary shelter and a new life thanks to the kind folks at the Associated Humane Popcorn Park Shelter in Forked River, New Jersey!
When her owners were forced to leave their house, they left her behind. Reeses was dehydrated, malnourished, and in critical need of medical attention when she was eventually located, according to a Facebook post by AHPPS.
It was found after her veterinary examination that she required more than just love and care. Reeses also had a few tumors that needed to be removed, which surprised everyone.
Surgery and other medical procedures that this adorable infant really required were performed on her. She finally got all the love she had been denied in her previous household after such a horrible past.

Reeses not only began to flourish in the company of her caregivers, but she also transformed into a whole different dog! She quickly won the hearts of everyone she encountered, according to shelter volunteers.
Although Reeses dislikes having other pets, she adores people and is a well-mannered, loving, gregarious, and wonderful girl overall. The rescue stated in their article that although she enjoys playing and running occasionally, she is also quite calm.
Her enthusiasm for life has never been greater in spite of everything she has experienced in the past. Reeses will undoubtedly bring immense joy to a fortunate family because she simply adores everything and everyone!
She has moved past her terrible days. Even though Reeses still needs medical attention, she feels so much better and is now prepared to start a new chapter in her life.
