During his virtual court appearance from the Mercer County jail, Gordon opted not to enter a plea and waived his right to contest pretrial detention. Superior Court Judge Robert W. Bingham II ruled in favor of Gordon’s continued custody until trial and scheduled an extradition hearing for April 3. Gordon’s public defender, Nicole Carlo, indicated his willingness to consent to extradition to Pennsylvania to face charges in Bucks County.

The chilling sequence of events began with Gordon’s alleged carjacking in Trenton, New Jersey, on March 16, followed by a journey to Levittown, Pennsylvania. There, he reportedly committed heinous acts of violence, including the murder of his stepmother, sister, and the mother of his two children. Shockingly, Gordon’s children were purportedly present during the fatal assault on their mother.

After the alleged crimes, Gordon fled back to New Jersey, where he was eventually apprehended by law enforcement.
