Abandoned Dogs Who Kept Shaking With Fear In The Corner Of A Shelter Now Have A Brand New Life

Kali and Brandi, two doggie sisters who had been left behind in the North Carolina woods, were apprehended and taken to safety by rescuers.

The dogs were frightened after being brought to a shelter. Sitting in opposite corners of the shelter, they gazed fearfully at a wall.

Unfortunately, the shelter where Kali and Brandi were staying was overcrowded. They wanted someone to rescue them and offer them the second chance at life they much needed in order to survive.

Sisters Get Rescued

Everyone who watched the video experienced sadness after it became viral after it was posted in July 2015.

The sisters were taken up by Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, a New York rescue organization that felt sorry for them.

For a checkup, the rescuers took Kali and Brandi to the veterinarian.They began taking medicine after being diagnosed with heartworm disease.

The rescuers believed that the dogs were harmed and that they would require rehabilitation and a lot of affection because they were so terrified.

The sisters were ultimately determined to be six years old, despite the initial assumption that they were two.

The dogs were given a team of experts who would work with them daily by the rescue, along with a skilled foster or trainer.

The day they had been waiting for so long eventually came in July of 2017.

A wonderful family met Kali and Brandi and fell in love with them during their meet & greet.

The sisters began the happiest chapter of their life when they moved in with their forever family and bid farewell to their devoted foster parents.

Kali and Brandi were first wary of their new parents, but they quickly came to understand how much they were loved and felt safe.
