Abandoned Pup Who Was Adopted And Then Returned To Shelter In Pennsylvania Is Still Hoping To Find A Home

Never give up hope. Holding onto the belief that a brighter tomorrow will arrive is the only thing that will get you through difficult times when you can’t see the end of the tunnel.

For the past two months, Bando has been living up to this motto.

Bando’s life has been nothing but hardship when his family abandoned him and mercilessly tied him up outside the shelter. But he didn’t give up even then!

Bando s Past Was Not Easy

Bando immediately won Heidi over as a volunteer at ACCT Philly in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This adorable Pittie mix had the brightest smile on his face and got along with everyone at the shelter, even though he had been abandoned.

I could tell he was unique the moment I saw his energy and smile. Heidi told Cuddle Buddies, “Everyone who has met Bando is really, really in love with him.”

Bando lost his house for an unknown reason, but he never gave up hope that everything would be alright in the end.

The shelter in Pennsylvania made the quick decision to take action. They placed Bando in a good foster family and waited impatiently for the day when he would be placed in foster care or, at the very least, get a transformative application!

Unfortunately, that did not occur. Bando had to start over after his foster parents sent him back to the shelter instead of finding a forever home.

But this time, things were a little trickier.

Bando eventually developed anxiety as a result of the kennel life. His caregivers were aware that this was not the life that was intended for him. Bando was no longer the carefree dog he used to be; instead, he now dealt with extreme tension and worry.

For this reason, the shelter went above and beyond by enrolling their favorite boy in boarding and training at Muddy & Co.

This ended up being a fantastic option for Bando!

Still Clings To Hope That The Right Family Will Come

Jeff, the owner of a board-and-train company, gave Bando a warm embrace, and the dog gave one back. Bando began learning proper etiquette and everything there is to know about raising a family in a matter of weeks.

He started interacting with other dogs and rediscovering the pleasures of life. Bando quickly showed his actual nature and once again demonstrated his genuine greatness as a companion.

But by the time his training was over, he had yet to receive any applications. At that point, Jeff made the decision to defend Bando once more.

Jeff made the decision to foster Bando indefinitely because he was worried that returning him to the shelter might impede his progress. This adorable Pittie will remain with his foster father for the time being while he works on his manners and waits for his ideal family.

Bando doesn’t get angry anymore. He enjoys meeting new people, playing with other dogs, and sharing toys. He will undoubtedly be a fantastic addition to a family one day with everything at his disposal.

According to Jeff, “I remain very optimistic knowing that he will find a family that is prepared for him to fit in and have a great life after he leaves me.”

Bando, good luck. The best is what you deserve!
