California Woman Follows A Dog And Discovers A Bunch Of Delightful Surprises Hidden In A Den

Rebecca, a schoolteacher, felt compelled to assist Olivia and Sherlock after she saw them wandering the streets of Central California in search of food.

Olivia was too shy to let Rebeca to touch her.

However, Sherlock was amiable, and the good-natured woman quickly won his confidence.

Rebecca was determined to find and rescue the puppies because she felt that the bonded pair was concealing them somewhere.

She devised a clever scheme to find out what Olivia and Sherlock were hiding from her.

Learning The Puppies Location

Rebecca quickly found the location where Olivia and Sherlock were concealing their eight puppies after placing a GPS tracker on Sherlock.

She contacted the Los Angeles animal rescue organization Hope For Paws and asked them to assist a dog family.

Rebecca begged the rescuers to bring some medication for Sherlock because he was struck by a car while searching for food. He was in pain due to an injury to his leg.

Eldad hurried to their rescue with his team.

After a four-hour trip, it was already darkness when they reached the rescue site.

Eldad gave Rebecca Sherlock’s prescription.

They decided to save the dog family the following day so as not to frighten the dog family.

Rebecca and the rescue crew arrived at the dog’s hiding place in the morning and immediately got to work.

In an attempt to please Olivia and Sherlock, Eldad began feeding them.

The pups remained at a distance and gave the rescuers a suspicious look.

Capturing The Dogs

The group constructed a sizable enclosure and enticed Sherlock and Olivia within.

After setting the crate inside the enclosure, they began feeding and interacting with the dogs. The rescuers cornered them slowly, using a net.

Olivia grew anxious and wanted to get away when she understood they were trying to trap her.

Thankfully, however, the rescuers were able to place her in a kennel and secure a leash around her neck.

The team could concentrate on the fur puppies after Olivia and Sherlock were saved.They were afraid since they had never interacted with people.

Soon after, one dog was captured by the rescuers and turned himself in.

The den was where the other puppies hid. They were too afraid.

In an attempt to lure the infants into the trap, the rescue crew moved Olivia closer to them.

The puppies began to approach their cherished mother when they saw her, wanting to be by her side.

All but one of the puppies were caught because of the team’s combined efforts. The other puppy fled to the den after becoming so terrified.

Luckily, Eldad and the team discovered him sobbing aloud for his mother. Together with his family, they loaded the puppy into the car after holding him in their arms.

Doggy Family Is Finally Safe

The dog family was taken to the veterinarian by the rescue crew. They bathed them calmly and fed them.

The rescuers gave them the names Strawberry, Cherry, Kiwi, Clementine, Peaches, Mango, Lemon, and Banana because they were born in an agricultural region.

After taking an X-ray, Sherlock discovered that he required surgery to treat a dislocated hip.

Olivia and the children were at ease three days following their rescue. They delighted in playing with toys and interacting with their caregivers.

Sherlock paid Olivia and the children a visit prior to his planned surgery. The reunion brought joy to the dog family.

The entire family was taken in by LA Animal Rescue, which made the decision to foster them.

Olivia, Sherlock, and their kids will undoubtedly find amazing forever homes and people who will adore them unconditionally.
