Florida Mom Tries to Sell Baby for $500 Outside Store, But No One Takes, She Abandons Child!

The disturbing event unfolded outside an H&R Block location, where Woods was observed loitering with her toddler by a concerned bank employee who recognized her as a frequent visitor to the area.
Eyewitnesses recounted seeing Woods engaging in alarming behavior, including hitting and spanking her daughter inside the bank’s restroom. This pattern of mistreatment continued as the following day, on March 5, Woods was discovered sleeping on an exterior air conditioning unit while her daughter lay unattended in a nearby shopping cart without adequate blankets or care.
As the concerned bank employee attempted to intervene and offer assistance to Woods and her child, the situation took a harrowing turn. Rather than accepting the offered help, Woods demanded money, displaying a callous disregard for her daughter’s well-being. When the employee suggested purchasing items instead of providing cash, Woods allegedly reacted angrily, even resorting to throwing her own child.
Later that same day, Woods returned to the bank and callously abandoned her daughter on the ground, with the child subsequently crawling toward traffic in a perilous situation. Shockingly, when the concerned employee intervened once more and picked up the child, Woods purportedly offered to sell her daughter for $500.
Law enforcement authorities swiftly took action, apprehending Woods on March 7 and charging her with six felony counts, including child abuse, child neglect, and abandonment of a child. The child was promptly removed from Woods’ care and placed under the protection of the Department of Children and Families, where she is currently in foster care.
