A canine rescuer’s work is never done. You will be committed to rescuing these four-legged cuties’ lives for eternity once you fall in love with them! You simply never give up, even if it means performing some of the most tragic rescues.
Rudy Pina, an animal control officer in California, lives by this credo. As a seasoned rescuer, he saw some quite startling things, such as pets being left in the most unlikely locations.
At one point, he got a call from the Fresno motel. A maid was making their regular rounds when they discovered an unexpected surprise—a puppy—hiding in one of the rooms!
Hiding Behind A Bed
How long this adorable, naive-looking Pittie pup lingered in the room is unknown. He patiently waited for his hooman to return after his owner evidently abandoned him.
Unfortunately, it never occurred, and he was left stranded in a room without food or drink, sandwiched between two mattresses.
The puppy warily peered from beneath the bed when Pina eventually reached the location. He scurried under it in terror as he saw an unidentified figure coming toward him. However, he gradually warmed up as Pina called him in the kindest way, and he realized that he was going to be saved.
The pup was able to fully unwind around Pina in a matter of seconds. Since the two have always been best friends, he quickly even rolled on his back and wanted belly rubs.
Through the cutest cuddles, Pina and the stray dog spent some time getting to know one another. He was then taken by the cop and put in the kennel in the rear of his vehicle.
Looking For A Home To Call His Own
The dog and his rescuer were headed to the Fresno Animal Center, where they had an amazing first ride!
The puppy soon found himself riding in the passenger seat, despite having been put in a crate at first! The two developed a strong bond, and Pina wanted the puppy to be as comfortable and at ease as possible.
The puppy received much-needed attention when they eventually made it to the rescue.
According to Pina, the motel pittie is a really amiable and carefree dog.
The Fresno puppy was left at the Motel6 on Blackstone. Extremely attractive and amiable Pitty. Pina posted on his TikTok that he is presently looking for his forever home at the @Fresno Animal Center.
The dog is going to be cared for in the facility until someone contacts them to adopt or foster. But this young boy certainly doesn’t deserve to stay in the shelter because of his adorable attitude and overall lovely nature.
