“He was excited, but when I said his name in the tone of “you’re in trouble,” he dropped his head and probably flashed back to the moment he was standing on the roof,” she added. His face that night was the source of his puppy eyes, if they originated from anyplace.

Since the initial incident, time has passed, and Billy has not encountered any new difficulties. Zwar is able to watch her puppy as they continue their travels at the park.
