The winter season is enchanting. People go to stores for hot chocolate as snow falls and decorations give the city a lovely, cinematic sparkle. How lovely!
Unfortunately, our four-legged friends—particularly the strays—cannot enjoy the chilliness as much as we do. This is mostly due to the fact that the cold is bad for them, especially if they don’t have enough shelter, which we know they have.
Because of this, we frequently discover dogs like this adorable little one stuck in our yards, under our cars, in crawl spaces, garages, or on our porches.
She Was Literally Freezing
The other day, the St. Louis crew at Stray Rescue in Missouri received a devastating call. A sympathetic onlooker saw a heartbreaking scene: a shivering dog curled up on an unidentified porch, alone and without assistance. They dialed the rescue’s number right away.
One of the top life-saving officers, Donna Lochmann, and her crew acted right away.
They soon came across a charming face with the prettiest ears ever, snuggled up in a ball of fur.
Because of her innate sweetness, the dog remained motionless as Donna came up to her. She seemed to have known all along that everything would be alright.
It was clear that this sweetie pie needed a warm place to stay because it was chilly. The Missouri rescue team didn’t spend time considering her possible abandoners, despite the fact that her circumstances were as unclear as they could be.
Rather, they concentrated on rescuing the dog.
You Matter And Deserve A Family
Everyone at the rescue fell deeply in love with this adorable puppy in a matter of seconds. She was called Comfy Cozy because she was a true lover and liked soft, comfortable things.
Comfortable Cozy, a white puppy with adorable ears, was discovered shivering on a front porch. SRSL said on Facebook that she loves soft, comfortable things and is searching for a peaceful place to sleep.
Finding a suitable foster home was the next step after Comfy Cozy was successfully placed into the car and saved from that frigid porch. Indeed, things were going that quickly! This furball was recently perplexed by the abundance of affection she received at the institution.
She certainly didn’t know that people could be so kind and compassionate!
She was so perplexed that she had no idea that someone would come to her aid. Hold on, are you here for me? Indeed, we are available to you! The rescue wrote, “You deserve a family, a couch, toys, treats, and a Christmas sweater because you are beautiful and you matter.”
Comfy Cozy is now preparing to brighten someone’s day with her kindest disposition and the prettiest grin.
She is a friend with whom everyone would get along and is completely kind. Furthermore, she only asks for a comfortable place to sleep in exchange.
