Freedom was all Belle could dream of.

Yet her entire life had been spent in a tiny, filthy cage.

She didn’t know that people could be kind or that a dog’s life could be sweet. She had always framed life in terms of ongoing abuse, neglect, and trauma.

But Belle never gave up hope. She finally found a rescuer who would dramatically transform her life, therefore it was fortunate she didn’t!

Belle s Heartbreaking Story

Belle was devastated when Audray Luck, the creator of Luck’s Rescue from Trenton, Georgia, saw her. She decided to fight for the puppy right away after discovering her tragic past.

Unfortunately, Belle was an outside dog for the first five years of her existence. She was exploited for breeding, kept in a tiny cage, and her owners gave her no attention at all.

Belle was starving on top of everything else.

It was Belle’s genuine sweetness that broke Audray’s heart even more. She started to wag her tail and gave her savior the cutest smile when she first saw Audray, despite everything she had been through.

After years in captivity, her little joyful dance upon seeing the light of day was heartbreaking. Belle was going to discover the true meaning of life for the first time in her life.

After her original owners finally consented to her release, she was heading to a new chapter in her life, one that would take her far from her filthy cage.

All She Wants Is Love

Belle needed to be properly socialized initially. She participated in a four-week program at a canine training center in Georgia called Good Citizen K-9 to restore her lost confidence and learn how to act in public.

It would be an understatement to say that she performed wonderfully!

Belle quickly learnt how to move past other animals and picked up new commands and tricks. It is reasonable to say that Belle is completely prepared for live in a household after just one month of constant training.

Apart from that, this inspirational Pittie girl loves hanging out with people, taking long walks, and going on adventurous climbs. Belle would make a wonderful addition to any family because she has an innate passion of discovering new things and locations.

Belle exhibits nothing except love and compassion for humans in spite of the torment, cruelty, and neglect she endured. Luck noted in another post that she simply wants to be a dog, try new things, and receive and give all the love in the world.

Belle is hoping for an early arrival for her crucial meet and greet with her prospective owners.

She certainly deserves to start her new life in a caring home, perhaps where she will be the only pet, after years of maltreatment.
