Fostering a puppy is a unique form of generosity. It is simply a heroic deed for individuals to take stray or abandoned dogs into their homes and assist them in healing from the emotional upheaval they have experienced.
A foster parent is present at every stage to ensure that these dogs recover and are prepared to enter their forever home because so many of them are in dire need of a new, fresh start.

A New Foster Family
When Kaitlin Devoto initially consented to foster a puppy, she was ignorant. She actually didn’t know anything.
Regarding the Dodo, she stated: I was unsure of its age or gender.When I picked her up in Cincinnati, that’s when we first got a glimpse of her appearance.
She noticed the most stunning red poodle at the pickup center in New York. Although she thought it was likely the result of a litter, she did notice that the dog might have been producing milk.
“It’s not uncommon to receive a puppy mill momma who is still lactating,” she added. Mothers are useless when their puppies are weaned.
Additionally, the dog appeared to have been malnourished for a while, but Devoto has a highly nourishing remedy for it. She picked up the poodle and brought her home with her.
Adorable Little Surprise
She was awakened by something strange four days after she had placed the puppy in foster care. As she approached the dog, she noticed a tiny puppy in the dog bed.
It seems that she gave birth to him during the night, and Devoto was totally unaware of it.
It turned out to be only that puppy, but she checked to see if any more were on the way.
Devoto tried her best to ensure the comfort of the mother and her infant because she knew she had to move quickly. She picked up some cozy blankets and set them down next the pets.
She discovered that the new puppy was male and looked like a chicken nugget, which is why he was given this new moniker.
“He was very quickly named Chicky Nug,” the mother stated. However, I couldn’t think of a name for Momma that would match the same idea.
She only needed to name his mother, and as it had to go with the new theme, she was given the name Mickey D.
An Exciting New Future
After some time, the newborn dog has matured significantly and is now fairly playful. According to Devoto, he enjoys playing zoomies and running about. Additionally, he has a strong interest in toys and chewing toes.
Mickey also enjoys playing with her new toys, and it seems that as time passes, her shy demeanor is waning and she is growing more gregarious.
The dog family is still staying with Devoto at the moment and is having a good time. They will soon, however, move to their forever homes with a new family. With the assistance of Louie’s Legacy Animal Rescue in New York, the canines will go through the typical adoption procedure.
Although it’s unclear if they were able to find new homes, I’m positive that someone would want to adopt these cute canines.
