Fall River Police investigating report of armed robbery at city pharmacy

On Friday night, a robbery was reported to the Fall River Police Department.

Around 8:15 p.m., dispatch received a call regarding an armed robbery at Walgreens, located at 1512 South Main Street.

Scanner reports indicated that the individual asked for money while brandishing a gun.

For a distressed individual, a medic was also dispatched to the scene.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
