CybersecdnLutheran Social Services (LSS) of Northeast Florida will temporarily stop most of its services on March 6 to plan a party for its big re-opening. The only service the agency will offer that day is the LSS Food Pantry.

The choice to temporarily stop services on March 6th is so that LSS can put all of its resources and attention into making sure this important event goes well. With the grand re-opening event, LSS buildings and services will be brought back to life.

Most services will be closed for the day, but the LSS Food Pantry will still be open. To help people who need food, it will move its normal morning market hours to 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All other services, however, will be briefly stopped. People who need food assistance right away should call 211 or go to 211.org to get in touch with area resources.
