The most expensive home for sale in Texas is a huge, $65 million house on Buffalo Bayou in Houston. This shows that the state’s high-end real estate market isn’t going anywhere. Online real estate marketplace Point2Homes released a new national real estate study that also named The Lodge at Hunters Creek, a nine-acre estate at 107 Timberwilde Lane, as the No. 8 most expensive home for sale in the country.
Before, CultureMap said that this farm was the most expensive house for sale in Texas in 2022, so you may recognize it. The Lodge at Hunters Creek was for sale at the time for $60 million.
Billy Dolan of Carolwood Real Estate is currently selling the large property. It has a huge main house that is 22,000 square feet and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. There is a bathroom right next to each bedroom.
The house is filled with floor-to-ceiling windows that let guests enjoy beautiful views of the pool, the well-kept garden, and the forest that surrounds the house. You can sit in the solariums and think or do some yoga. There are many lounge areas in the house where guests can unwind. One of these is a cozy yet elegant study with a fireplace, spiral stairs, and many bookcases facing the walls.
