Cybersecdn- Authorities have escalated their efforts to apprehend Albert Shell Jr., the suspect in a tragic shooting at Paddock Mall in Ocala, by increasing the reward for information leading to his arrest.
The incident, occurring on December 23, resulted in the death of David Nathaniel Barron, 40, and left another woman injured, creating a wave of panic just days before Christmas. The mall was subsequently evacuated and remained closed until Tuesday.
This increase in the reward, now at $15,000, reflects the urgency in locating Shell, who has a history of criminal activities dating back to 2002, including misdemeanors and felonies. The escalation of the reward amount, from $3,000 to $10,000, indicates the seriousness of the situation and the community’s desire for justice and safety.
