Kingstown, North, R.I. A disturbing charge has been brought against a guy from Rhode Island.

Police said the North Kingstown Police Department received a 911 call about an indecent exposure incident at around 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The 17-year-old caller claimed that a male subject—who was fully nude—had pulled up to her on Prospect Avenue and asked for directions to North Kingstown High School. The silver Subaru that the suspect was using was registered in New Hampshire. The last sighting of the car was as it approached Fairway Drive.

In order to corral the vehicle and look into the report, officers arrived on the scene right away from several directions. The car was found on Lantern Lane and brought to a stop. David C. Palmer of East Providence was recognized as the driver and only occupant. Palmer was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure following more investigation.

Palmer was later freed on $1,000 personal recognizance bail after being arraigned before a Justice of the Peace at the station. On December 6, he will be formally arraigned at the 3rd Division District Court.
