CybersecdnIn a distressing turn of events, Cory Alvarez, a 26-year-old Haitian immigrant residing in a former hotel housing asylum seekers in Massachusetts, has been apprehended and charged with the aggravated rape of a 15-year-old girl. According to prosecutors, the incident occurred within one of the rooms of the former Comfort Inn hotel, located in the Boston suburb of Rockland.

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office revealed that law enforcement officers responded to a report of a sexual assault at the aforementioned hotel on Hingham Street, prompting an immediate investigation. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the teenage victim and swiftly transported her to South Shore Hospital for medical attention.

Subsequently, Alvarez was taken into custody and formally charged with the heinous crime. During his arraignment on Thursday, he entered a plea of not guilty and was ordered to be held without bail until his next court appearance scheduled for March 22nd.
