cybersecdn- In Miami Beach, a major traffic incident led to the arrest of 18-year-old Alan Morales Pastrana. The rollover crash, which occurred on the Venetian Causeway, involved a dark-colored SUV and a small sedan, resulting in significant damage and road blockage.
Miami Beach Police have charged Pastrana with various offenses, including fleeing and eluding a police officer, possession of crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and two counts of reckless driving, one involving property damage. The confirmation of whether Pastrana was the driver responsible for the crash is pending.
Captured in social media videos, the aftermath of the crash shows the overturned SUV and the wrecked sedan amidst debris. A third video depicts a man, presumably Pastrana, being handcuffed and escorted by police.
The Miami Beach Police, however, have not confirmed the identity of the individual in the video. Following the incident, one person was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital Ryder Trauma Center; their condition remains undisclosed.
