cybersecdn- A terrible killing happened near Budd Park on Wednesday night, and the Kansas City Police Department is now looking into it. Just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday, police were told that gunshots had been heard near St. John and Oakley streets.
When the KCPD got there, they saw a man who had been shot lying on the ground. They said he was dead before EMS got there. The KCPD has named the victim as Nicolas Irachata, who is 27 years old.
Police say there is no direct danger to the public at this time. So far, though, they still don’t know what happened that led to the killing, and no one has been arrested.
